Anyone who lives where it's likely to flood has no business complaining when it does. They're skank cunts who saved a few Bob when they would have had to buy a flat if they were sensible but made a significant purchase with their fingers crossed.

Same as those songs who live near an airport then complain when aeroplanes fly above their house and disturb their naps.

And those African idiots that have to walk 10 miles from and to a hut made of dirt to get water. It's not fucking mortgaged, don't make your shithouse so far away.

And spastics who get dogs (post 1605) then moan that their neighbours' fireworks are upsetting the dogs.

And people who choose to be gay then whine and stop because someone called them a bender.

Blimey, you can really hold a grudge, can't you?

No need to get all pre-mistral about it.

Two people dead off the Coast of Kent already today, Margate and Herne Bay so that should make Nurse happy as it's a decent storm.

I played for an hour on Sunday.

Apart from the 15 minutes of freezing rain coming down at 45 degrees (that's geometry, not temperature), it wasn't that bad.

I drove for 120 miles last Sunday when the 'storm' was at its fiercest. Do me a favour,i used to play football in worse conditions over Hackney marshes.

zico 6:45 Ha! It's more the day before today!
That was 13th February, the storm in the Pacific has dissipated a bit and is losing strength.

Heres a decent loop of the clouds.

Nobody has mentioned Hurricanes but for this part of the world these depressions are becoming more intense by the year and spare some thought for those who are already flooded out of their homes !!!!

Storm Dennis `could be worse than Ciara´ as hundreds of homes face even more flooding !!!

Totally agree Northern. Before we would just be told it is going to be a wet and fairly windy weekend. Now pictures are painted in advance that suggest we are going to be greeted by something akin to Hurricane Katrina.

OMG DRAMA.
Why do they now name and make such a big deal out of a storm? Is it because the UK thinks it's part of the US now!
Not so long ago it would have just been a storm, windy and rainy, no one was even bothered

Oh the irony...

Why are Storms being named?
Should be kept for Hurricanes and Cyclones.

Given they go alphabetically and alternate Male & Female I presume next week we will be cowering before Storm Edith.
Or being blown by Ernestine

Dennis? Dennis??

Until there's a Storm Zy, it's all just white middle-age privilege innit.
